If you’re pregnant or postnatal and something doesn’t feel quite right in your body. Or you’re unsure how to properly support it.
This session is for you.
Maybe you’re dealing with pelvic pain, back or hip discomfort, leaking, or diastasis recti.
Or maybe things feel okay but you’re second-guessing your training, your core, or how to actually prepare for birth and recovery.
You might also be feeling unsure, anxious, or disconnected from what your body needs heading into birth, or unsure how to reconnect with your body and recover properly after.
This is where we change that.
Inside the session, we will:
• Break down how your body is functioning — breath, body, and nervous system
• Assess your movement, core and pelvic floor coordination
• Understand what’s really driving your symptoms or uncertainty
• Create a personalised strategy to support your pregnancy, birth, or recovery
So we can identify what’s really driving what you’re feeling, and give you a clear way forward.
You’ll leave with:
• A clear understanding of your body
• A personalised strategy to support your pelvis, prepare for birth, or recover properly
• Specific exercises and adjustments tailored to you
• More confidence in how you’re moving, training, and approaching birth or recovery
