You don't want to spend pregnancy
second-guessing your body.
Because generic advice like
"it's just part of pregnancy"
isn't going to cut it . . .
You used to trust your body and know what worked.
Now suddenly your body feels different.
Training doesn't feel as straightforward. Your pelvis might be talking to you. Birth is getting closer.
Everyone seems to have an opinion and somehow you're expected to figure it all out on your own.
What to do. What to change. What's normal. How to prepare for birth. How to recover afterwards.
You want to keep feeling like yourself.
Strong. Capable. Confident in your body.
Ready for birth. Not just "winging it."
But instead, you're left hearing things like:
"Pelvic pain, back pain, leaking? It's just part of pregnancy."
"It'll probably go away after the baby comes."
"There's no point planning birth because you can't control it anyway."
But here's the thing, you don't have to accept this.
Instead of spending the next few months guessing, pushing through or hoping things improve on their own, you want someone to explain what's happening, what actually needs to change and how to really support your body through pregnancy, birth and recovery.
This is exactly where AlignBirth comes in.
Because inside AlignBirth, you'll learn how to:
âś“ Move with less pain and more confidence
âś“ Understand what your core, breathing and pelvic floor actually need now, during birth and in recovery
âś“ Feel ready and excited for birth instead of just hoping for the best
âś“ Recover stronger with a clear plan after birth
You don't need to stop.
You need a more specific approach.
Welcome to AlignBirth.
Hi, I'm Meghan . . .
And if there's one thing I want you to know, it's that you deserve more than being told to "just get on with it."
After being told my PCOS would make it difficult to have children, I became obsessed with understanding the body and questioning the idea that women should simply accept the answers they're given.
That curiosity followed me into pregnancy, where I experienced SI joint pain, pelvic floor symptoms and discovered how many women were being left to navigate pregnancy, birth and recovery without the support & guidance they truly needed.
That's exactly why I created AlignBirth.
After working with hundreds on pregnant & postnatal women, I understand what is missing from care.
Because women deserve more than generic advice. They deserve to understand their body, feel prepared for birth and recover with confidence.

Inside AlignBirth.
Here’s how you’ll move through AlignBirth.
1. Start with your body

We look at your symptoms, movement, and goals
so you know exactly what to focus on from the start.
Â
2. Follow a clear structure
You’ll move through trimester-specific sessions and targeted support that evolve with your body.
So you’re not just staying active, you’re training in a way that actually supports pregnancy, birth, and recovery.
Â
3. Support how your body functions
Inside the programme, you’ll focus on:
– pelvic floor function and coordination
– pelvic mobility and alignment
– breathing techniques and pressure management
– nervous system regulation
So your body can move, adapt, and respond as it’s designed to.
Â
4. Prepare and recover with intention
You’re guided through birth preparation that supports how your body works in labour, with a structured recovery pathway already built in.
So you’re not left trying to figure out what to do next.Â
