Meghan Campbell is the founder of AlignBirth and a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), specialising in pelvic pain, birth biomechanics, and structured recovery.

Originally trained as a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor, her approach blends corrective exercise with intelligent, breath-led movement, integrating biomechanics, nervous system support, and education into one connected method.

Her PCES training allows her to assess pelvic mechanics, movement patterns, and load management in a way that goes beyond general pregnancy fitness, providing the kind of individualised support many women don’t receive elsewhere.

AlignBirth was created to connect the dots, supporting your body now, preparing you intentionally for birth, and protecting your recovery from the very beginning.

What Happens Inside Your Personalised 1:1 Session.

Extended plans include a live, recorded 1:1 session with Meghan — designed to give you specific, individualised guidance.

1️⃣ Pre-Session Assessment

Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire covering:

• Areas of pain (SPD, PGP, SI joint etc.)
• Pelvic floor symptoms
• Stress levels & nervous system patterns
• Birth hopes, fears, and previous experiences
• Postnatal concerns or recovery goals

This ensures our time together is focused and relevant.


2️⃣ Live Movement & Strategy Session

During your recorded session, we will:

• Review your history and goals
• Assess movement patterns and pelvic mechanics
• Analyse breath and pressure management
• Refine birth preparation or recovery strategy
• Identify specific areas to support

You leave with clarity, not generic advice.


3️⃣ Personalised Follow-Up Plan

After the session, you receive:

• A bespoke written action plan (we can call this “Personalised Support Plan”)
• Targeted exercise recommendations
• Video guidance specific to your body and needs
