LIABILITY CLIENT WAIVER AGREEMENT
(Ref: 1008 – AlignBirth by Meghan Campbell)

Thank you for choosing AlignBirth. These general terms and conditions form the agreement between you and us — AlignBirth, operated by Meghan Campbell. These terms apply to all services, including live in-person classes and workshops, live-streamed sessions, and on-demand content and programmes accessed via our app or website.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of any services or products provided by AlignBirth is entirely at your own risk. You must be in good health to participate.

If you have any preexisting health conditions or injuries, particularly those affecting the cardiovascular system, spine, joints, or mobility, it is your responsibility to seek advice from a medical professional before participating.
This is especially important if you are pregnant or postpartum.

Pregnancy: You confirm that you have medical clearance to participate.
Postnatal: You confirm that your GP or midwife has approved your return to exercise.

If at any time you feel unwell, experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other concerning symptoms, you must stop and seek medical advice.

AlignBirth is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after participation.

Bookings, Payments & Refunds

Your booking or sign-up is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email issued.

If you miss a class you have paid for, no refunds will be issued.
Spaces are limited and non-attendance reduces access for others.

Workshops & Events

Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and will incur a charge of 50% of the total fee.

Online Programmes

Flex Plan (Pay As You Go)

• £70/month

• Your subscription will renew monthly unless cancelled.

• You may cancel anytime, and access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

• 7-day free trial included — you may cancel before the trial ends without being charged.

Full Journey Plan (12-Month Commitment)

• £35/month x 12 months (total £420)

• By selecting this plan, you agree to complete all 12 payments.

• This is a full commitment — payments cannot be cancelled, paused, or refunded once your 7-day trial ends.

• If payment fails or is not completed, access to the AlignBirth app and associated content will be revoked until payment is resolved.

• After the 7-day free trial, your 12-month access begins, and all payment obligations apply.

• You may cancel before the 7-day trial ends to avoid being charged.

All pricing is shown clearly at checkout on the website at time of purchase.
All payments made for online programmes (monthly or annual) are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

Participation & Responsibility

By participating in any classes, events, or programmes (live, on demand, or in person), you confirm that you understand and accept the risks associated with physical activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Meghan Campbell, AlignBirth, its employees, contractors, and hosting venues from any claims, injuries, illness, or damages incurred through participation.

This includes but is not limited to: physical injury, mental distress, complications in pregnancy or postpartum, and illness related to attendance or activity.

Locations used for in-person sessions (e.g. yoga studios or hired venues) are also not liable for any injuries or losses incurred while on their premises.

You are responsible for working within your own limits and modifying any exercises where necessary.

COVID-19 Guidance

COVID-19 is a contagious virus that can lead to severe illness. By attending in-person classes or workshops, you voluntarily assume the risk of exposure.

You agree that:

• You will not attend if you have symptoms of COVID-19

• You have not knowingly been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days

• You will comply with all relevant local and venue-specific safety guidance

You accept full responsibility for any health implications resulting from attendance and release AlignBirth and any venues used from all associated liability.

Community Conduct & Data Protection

AlignBirth values safety, inclusivity, and respect. All community platforms (including the Kajabi Communities app) must be used respectfully. Any inappropriate, harmful, or disrespectful behaviour will result in removal from the platform without refund.

For insurance and legal purposes, your data will be retained securely for a period of 7 years. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

Termination of Access

AlignBirth reserves the right to terminate any agreement or access at any time if:

• A participant breaches these terms

• Payment obligations are not fulfilled

• Behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, or damaging to the community or brand

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time to reflect changes in business operations or legal requirements. The latest version will always be accessible via the website or upon request.
